Why we chose this

Forty-one 1/1s in which a body, or an object beside it, is painted over and used as the surface for a line of writing. North built the series so text and image carry equal weight and titles it accordingly: Anxiety, War, Less Human More Being. One piece was sold before it existed: the first collector chose the concept and North shot it afterwards, which is a commission run backwards through a marketplace.
