Why we chose this

REAS traces the whole practice to one Saturday in 2003: circles drawn on paper, their centres joined, then set moving in code. That sketch became the Process series and everything after it, which is why he calls this the Rosetta Stone of his work. Process Compendium hangs beside it as the archive of what the sketch grew into, and both are asking whether the art is the code or the picture.
